When submitting an application, you’ll need to provide the following:

  • A copy of government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport)

  • Contact details for all landlords and employers from the past 2 years, including:
    • Name(s)
    • Phone number(s)
    • Email(s)
    • Address(es)

What additional documents may be requested?
Depending on your employment situation, you may also be asked to provide:

  • Letter of Employment (on company letterhead) including: • Job title
    • Length of employment
    • Salary and expected bonus
    • Start date (if not yet started)

  • Letter of Guarantee

  • Copies of recent pay stubs

  • Copies of recent bank statements
