What additional documents may be requested?
Depending on your employment situation, you may also be asked to provide:
Letter of Employment (on company letterhead) including: • Job title
• Length of employment
• Salary and expected bonus
• Start date (if not yet started)
Letter of Guarantee
Copies of recent pay stubs
Copies of recent bank statements
Most recent tax return and T5 (if applicable)
If self-employed: A letter from a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) confirming your income from the previous year
